Hello Extraordinary Elephants! I hope you are all happy and well. I hope you have had a lovely half term and enjoyed the lovely weather.
Update
It has been lovely to receive pictures of some of you learning at home. Keep sending pictures or short videos of the things you have been doing at home for our class to see on the school website. It has been fantastic to see all of the wonderful things you have been learning about and ways you have been having fun at home! Please send these to the email shelbywhite@whitwell.derbyshire.sch.uk. Please also feel free to send me an email with any questions or concerns. Also remember to have a try at using our class blog to keep in touch with your friends in Extraordinary Elephants class.
The home learning for each week is on the school website below. Click on the pencil icons at the bottom of each week's home learning web page and it will take you to the worksheets that you will need for each day. You do not need to print the worksheets you can use them as a guide for how to complete the work in your workbooks.
Please feel free to complete the activities as and when you wish the timetable is there as a guideline for you if you wish to use it. Don't forget to regularly go on Times Table Rockstars. Try a fun activity such as baking, writing a diary, playing a game, planting some seeds, listening to your favourite song, drawing, creating etc.
Update
You can now access accelerated reader at home to test on your reading books or any books that you have read on Oxford Owl. Use the accelerated reader shortcut on the class page to access the website. Your username is the first letter of your first name and the first four letters of your surname. Your password is ABC. You will only be able to test on your books during normal school time.

Oxford Owl
Please use the class login to log on to the website. The website has lots of reading books for all the different stages of Oxford reading tree. It also has lots of additional activities and games for you to use if you wish.
