Freddie has been working especially hard this term and is gaining a lot of confidence in maths.
He has just moved up onto the final stage in our timestable Olympics - making huge progress with this. I feel sure he will complete it this year with his current determination. He has learned to use all four operations to calculate with fractions. Going from strength to strength Freddie!
Leo has settled really well into Year 5. He is trying hard in all his work. Recently, I have been most impressed with his writing. He has started to listen to advice and is working on improvements that really help the overall piece of work. In our last assessment he did everything I asked and wrote it all himself!
I have also noticed that he has become a lot more independent - he doesn't wait to be asked to do things but gets on happily himself - well done Leo!
