Our science topic is - How do plants grow? . The children will learn about the different parts of a plant and their functions. They will explore what plants need to grow. The children will investigate the way in which water is transported within plants. They will also learn about the life cycle of a plant.
Our geography topic is focused on comparing the UK and Italy. The children will learn about the climate of the two countries. They will compare the human and physical geography of the UK and Italy. They will also learn about trade between the two countries.
In Computing the children will learn to collect data using data handling on purple mash.
In DT the children will learn about designing and building mini green houses
In PSHE/SMSC the children will discuss democracy and look at safety
In French the children will learn to speak, listen to, read and write French colours
