In English, we teach writing across a range of genres. We also link writing tasks to our topic work in Geography, History, PSHE and Science. Some children will work in Mr Stirling's English group.
This term we will look at diary writing, playscripts and poetry.
Grammar is taught as part of our daily English lessons.
Spellings are taught on a Monday, practised through the week and then tested on a Friday. Below you can find the spellings for Year 5 and 6 for this term.
