During the Spring terms, a yoga teacher has delivered yoga to FS2, both Y1/2 classes and both Y5/6 classes. With mental illness in children on the rise, mindfulness and time to relax and reflect is more and more important. 

Yoga also improves flexibility, core strength, balance, posture and alignment as well as relieve tension, stress and increase concentration.
