FWPS would like to thank all parents, staff and volunteers for their continued support with our fundraising  events programme we promote year in year out. Your support enables the childern at Whitwell  Primary School to benefit immensly which enhances their education and stands them in good stead for their secondary education.

If you have any ideas for fundraising events that FWPS can use then we are always looking for suggestions. If you are not sure who to talk to then pass your suggestions into the office or click on the who's who link further down the page for the names of the people involved. Pop your suggestion in an enevelope and pass it into the office and it will get to one of us. If you would like to talk to one of us directly then that isnt a problem either. Kevin or another committe member would be more than happy to talk to you at a convenient time regarding your suggestionsl. Remember all suggestions really do count and we welcome any ideas that are going to benefit your childs education at the school.If you are aware of funding that FWPS can apply for then please pass on the details as mentioned above in order that we can apply for those additional monies for the benefit of the school. The more you are involved, the more ownership you have in where the money is spent and how that benefits YOUR childs education. Its all about YOUR childrens future,the more we (thats all of us) do for them now the more it stands them in good stead for their secondary education.


OUR NEXT MEETING IS ON THE 15TH OCTOBER AT 3.30 PM IN THE COMMUNITY ROOM. PLEASE JOIN US AND BRING YOUR SUGGESTIONS.

WE ARE ONLY A SMALL NUMBER OF PEOPLE AND THE MORE HELP WE HAVE THE MORE FUNDS WE CAN HOPEFULLY RAISE. THE MORE FUNDS WE RAISE, THE MORE RESOURCES THE SCHOOL WILL HAVE AVAILABLE TO THEM!!!!!!!! ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT

Dates for future events 

Thursday 1st December - Christmas Fayre - 2.30 pm onwards
Tuesday 13th December - Santa will be in his Grotto during school time.
